The Business Functions in Dechra are based in multiple sites working across multiple business units. We cover Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal and Company Secretariat. We have Dechra employees in Business functions on the ground in our offices in the UK, Holland, Denmark, US and Germany. In total we support close to 1300 people working for Dechra on a global basis.
We operate small teams in key locations so it’s a real opportunity to partner with the business on a daily basis.
We believe that what differentiates us is our size. We are a medium sized business with a lean team. This means that everyone counts and everybody can make a difference. All employees at Dechra have exposure to a broad range of opportunities and responsibilities – far more so than at other larger companies.
