Channel Operations Analyst.
This position is ideal for a recently graduated Veterinarian (MVZ) who is interested in exploring the business and operational side of the pharmaceutical industry while gaining exposure to sales, customer support, commercial operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support.
- Assist users with commercial systems and tools, including ERP, CRM (Salesforce), reporting platforms, and other business applications.
- Investigate customer issues and coordinate their resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for operational and administrative matters related to commercial activities.
- Coordinate administrative processes and documentation between different departments.
- Support customer data quality initiatives through audits, validations, and database maintenance.
- Promote and reinforce the proper use of company systems, reporting tools, and operational guidelines.
- Assist with logistics, document management, sample movements, and other administrative activities required to support business operations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine (MVZ) or related field.
- Recently graduated or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required.
- Intermediate English level.
- Strong interest in administrative, operational, and commercial support activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Customer-service mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
