This involves a rigorous process of ideation, formulation, testing, and refinement to develop products that meet the highest standards of efficacy and safety. They work closely with veterinarians, scientists, and industry experts to ensure our products address the most pressing needs in animal health.
The team is made up of highly qualified academics, veterinarians, formulation chemists, pharmacists, analysts, clinical trial managers and product development managers based in office and laboratory roles across the US, the UK, Croatia, The Netherlands and Brazil.
Our Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for navigating the complex landscape of regulatory approvals in over 80 global markets.
Regional teams based across Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea work with regulatory agencies, prepare and submit dossiers, and ensure that all our products remain in compliance with local and international regulations. Their work ensures that our innovative solutions reach veterinarians and pet owners around the world in a timely and compliant manner.
Our Clinical Operations team at Dechra is responsible for the execution of studies supporting our veterinary drug applications. The team cover all operational aspects of studies from protocol writing and site selection to quality oversight, database development and statistical analysis. They support a wide range of studies including clinical field trials, safety/toxicology, pharmacokinetics, efficacy model, Clinical, Safety, and Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) studies among others. Our focus is on the creation of high quality data to support approval of Dechra’s animal health products while maintaining the highest animal welfare standards.
