Our Sales & Customer Services Team plays a vital role in advancing animal health and wellbeing by connecting veterinarians, owners, corporate partners and distributors with our innovative, high-quality products. Whether its face to face in clinics, at congresses, online, or over the phone, the Sales and Customer Services Team builds strong relationships with our customers, providing them with the support, training, and information they need to deliver the best care for animals.
Each of our country operations has its own dedicated territory-based field sales team. Roles within our sales teams also include Tele-Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and Equine or Large Animal specialists.
Marketing colleagues work across the business at Dechra and are split into Global Marketing, Regional Marketing and Country Marketing. Roles include Product and Brand Managers, Content and Product Communications, Digital Marketing, Technical Marketing, Customer Learning & Development, Designers and Event Co-ordinators.
Our Marketing teams are central to bringing niche animal health solutions to market. The Product Marketing team is pivotal in product management, creating compelling campaigns, and developing engaging content and educational resources for veterinary professionals and pet owners to deepen their knowledge of our products and the diseases they treat and improve care standards.
With an increased focus on digital learning and customer-centricity, Dechra’s Digital Marketing colleagues leverage technology to enhance marketing efforts, strengthen brand recognition, and tailor content to meet customer needs. By integrating data analysis, customer feedback, and digital platforms, we drive business growth, improve customer loyalty, and ensure we deliver valuable solutions to our clients.
Dechra’s Veterinary Technical Services function is comprised of nearly 100 employees veterinary professionals worldwide. This team of veterinarians and technicians utilise their broad clinical knowledge to offer real-time technical support and patient-specific consultations for the entire Dechra product and disease portfolio.
With a strong emphasis on customer-centricity and seeing things from the Veterinary Perspective, our Technical Services team goes above and beyond to provide market-leading training and expert support to veterinary professionals, created in conjunction with some of the best experts across the globe.
Technical Services roles exist within marketing teams as well as in specialist technical services teams.
