The Opportunity Responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across the Benelux region, driving growth through effective product positioning and data-driven decision making. The position plays a key role in analysing market insights, optimising campaign performance, and leveraging digital channels to enhance customer engagement. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the role ensures consistent brand delivery and alignment with broader business objectives.
Role ResponsibilitySo, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Develop and support the marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives to drive growth, market share, and profitability
- Manage and optimise the product portfolio through lifecycle analysis, market assessment, and pricing support
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned to business priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Leverage digital channels, marketing automation, AI, and analytics to improve engagement, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness
- Generate and interpret market and customer insights using data, dashboards, and testing to identify opportunities and optimise performance
- Monitor campaign and commercial performance, tracking ROI and recommending data-driven adjustments to maximise impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution
- Support brand positioning and visibility through effective communications, content creation, and participation in events and partnerships

- Relevant marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including product marketing, brand positioning, and campaign execution
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, marketing automation)
- Experience with data-driven marketing, including performance tracking, analytics, and ROI measurement
- Understanding of market research methods, customer insights, and segmentation
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
