The Opportunity As
Head of Finance, APAC, you'll be the financial backbone of our APAC operations, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights, robust financial planning, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the
Finance Director, Europe and International, you'll lead a talented local finance team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future.
The ChallengeSo, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the below duties including but not limited to:
- Lead strategic financial planning, scenario modelling, and capital allocation across APAC.
- Deliver insightful pricing, project, and investment analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using Hyperion and other Group systems.
- Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency across procurement and manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and audit processes.
- Mentor and develop the local finance team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

About YouWe're particularly keen to here from those who have/are:
- A recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor, Xero) and Hyperion Financial Management.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, organised, and resilient approach to leadership.
