The Opportunity As the Marketing Manager at Dechra Veterinary Products (Australia), you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. This newly created full-time position will see you leading the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to support the company's growth objectives within the animal health industry.
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote Dechra's product portfolio and services
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, from creation to implementation and measurement
- Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities with business goals
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
- Overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing collateral
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the animal health industry
- Previous people management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven project management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
