About the Role:

As the National Equine Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our equine division-leading strategy, partnerships, and performance across Australia. You'll work closely with internal teams, industry stakeholders, and clients to deliver exceptional value and elevate our brand as a market leader. This position can be based anywhere on the East Coast of Australia with easy access to a major airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national business strategies for the equine sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with breeders, trainers, veterinarians, and industry bodies
  • Lead high-performing initiatives across sales teams, marketing, and operations
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Represent the company at key industry events and forums

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in business management, preferably within the equine, veterinary, or agribusiness sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Deep understanding of the equine industry and its unique challenges
  • Willingness to travel nationally and engage with clients on the ground
