The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to be the Systems Support Administrator with key responsibilities to ensure that the correct support is available for all colleagues to effectively access and use the Veeva System. This will be used across various parts of the business. This system has a number of modules which all coordinate to provide an end-to-end integrated solution which the role will help administer access and control. The role is to be affiliated to the system called Veeva.

This role is business-centric focusing on the alignment of the Veeva system and role specific requirements. On an ongoing basis this role will be responsible for ensuring compliant systems administration and service management of the various system modules.

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
  • Administration of system operations in Veeva.
  • Administration of system access and permissions.
  • Assist with change and incident management activities.
  • Liaise with users to resolve issues.
  • Create reports based on defined requirements.
  • Assist with delivering project tasks.
  • Ability to work to agreed timelines and communicate in a timely manner to programme manager and programme stakeholders.
  • Analyses risks and identifies issues and solutions.
  • Influences others and contributes to maximising achievement.
  • Responsible for own personal health and safety.

  • Database and Computer Networking Knowledge.

  • Writing reports, instructions, and specifications and creating flowcharts.

Desirable
  • Experience working in an IT role supporting local and remote users.

Additional Details
  • Occasional travel may be required (could be international).
  • Veeva systems training will be provided.
  • A range of experience will be considered for this position.
