The Opportunity As a Technical Information Officer, you will act as the primary contact for veterinary practices and the internal team regarding our veterinary product range. You provide accurate, timely information and support, while also monitoring and reporting pharmacovigilance (adverse events) in compliance with regulations.
Main ResponsibilitiesSo, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Respond to product-related inquiries from veterinary practices (by phone and email).
- Register and process product inquiries and pharmacovigilance reports.
- Support the Marketing and Sales teams and maintain relevant databases.
- Identify trends in both product inquiries and pharmacovigilance reports, and take proactive action.
- Logging product defect complaints in the BOOST ticketing system;
- Consult with QA department about possible escalation of Product complaints;
- Communicating with the customer regarding the receipt, resolution, and analysis of the product defect complaint.
- Educate internal team about scientific product information
- Support product managers.
- Translate technical information into USP's
- Provide input for lunch & learns
- Provide technical training to customers

- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in veterinary practice or a similar role.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in supporting practices.
- Fluent in French, English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Dutch language (written and verbal) is desirable
