The selected candidate will be a key member of the Commercial and Operations area, responsible for:
- Ensuring the correct execution of local commercial and sales tactics within the demand generation program, through daily contact with veterinarians, in order to achieve short- and long-term sales objectives.
- Supporting the Regional Manager to whom the role reports, ensuring distributor alignment with the commercial strategy by:
- Understanding the distributor's commercial strategy and ensuring its alignment with Dechra's direction.
- Analyzing inventory levels and sales statistics by product and customer to identify growth opportunities and define action plans that increase brand productivity and reduce risks related to low turnover or product expiry.
- Generating continuous transfers through daily visits to veterinary clinics and businesses, as well as providing sales-performance reports by distributor (sell-in).
- Working in synergy with distributor sales representatives (sell-out).
- Following up and controlling commercial strategies and price lists, updating them according to current agreements.
- Efficiently using company tools (vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, CRM, action plans, technical and marketing materials).
- Fostering a collaborative environment focused on local sales growth, always acting in alignment with Dechra's values.
Performance Measurement Factors:
- Executing transfers, consultative sales, and controls of commercial and field-operations activities.
- Preparing and delivering cases and executive presentations requested by customers, as well as internal reports and full CRM updates.
- Presenting results and daily visit reports with proper follow-up.
- Participating in audits and evaluations that confirm compliance with the commercial strategy and knowledge of Dechra's specialized products.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (MVZ) with a valid professional license.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial roles within the animal health pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of strategies for veterinary products in companion animals (CAP).
- Valid driver's license and residence in Saltillo or Monterrey (applications from other states will not be considered).
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office: Excel, Word, Acrobat, etc.).
- Advanced communication-level English.
