The Opportunity

The manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and controlling short, medium, and long-term activities in the controllership area, overseeing finance operations in Brazil and Mexico, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax standards.

We have a broad and varied mission, and for this role the main responsibilities will be:

Managing accounting, tax, cost accounting, treasury departments, corporate income tax calculations, tax planning, monthly closings, treasury and cash flow management, audits, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and supporting feasibility and profitability analyses. The manager also acts as a business partner to key areas and participates in global projects.

About You

The position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting with postgraduate studies in Controllership or related fields, or equivalent work experience. You will need to be fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish, and have an active CRC-SP registration.

The role requires strong finance and accounting knowledge, expertise in tax legislation and transfer pricing, leadership, proactive attitude, clear communication, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
