The OpportunityDechra is an international specialist veterinary pharmaceuticals products business. Our expertise is in the development, manufacture, and sales and marketing of high-quality products exclusively for veterinarians worldwide. We are looking for a highly organised Quality Systems Coordinator to support and stabilise our Quality Management System (QMS) during a period of operational growth and increased testing capability.
This role is central to ensuring quality processes run smoothly, remain compliant, and are always audit-ready.
As the Quality Systems Coordinator, you will take ownership of QMS workflows-ensuring documentation, training, and quality processes are maintained, on track, and compliant. You will play a vital role in preventing backlog, strengthening compliance, and enabling technical teams to focus on high-value activities.
Main ResponsibilitiesSo, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Coordinate and maintain QMS workflows, ensuring audit readiness at all times
- Manage and track:
- Change controls
- CAPAs
- Complaints
- Deviations
- Supplier quality documentation
- GMP document reviews
- KPI reporting
- PQR/APR inputs
- Maintain controlled documentation and ensure procedures are current and aligned
- Coordinate training assignments and track completion across the site
- Ensure QMS processes remain within required timelines and do not fall out of cycle
- Support internal audits and inspection readiness
- Identify and help resolve process bottlenecks within the QMS
