The Opportunity

This role is responsible for coordinating, managing, and delivering specific transformation projects within the European commercial function. The Project Manager will focus on ensuring timely execution, effective stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of defined project objectives. Acting as the central point of contact, this role translates agreed plans into clear deliverables, monitors progress, and ensures alignment across markets and functions. With a strong focus on practical execution, collaboration, and problem-solving, the Project Manager will help drive operational efficiency and business impact during the assignment period

Role Responsibility

Project Coordination & Delivery
  • Manage day-to-day execution of assigned transformation projects in line with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Translate project objectives into actionable work plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress against plans, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication to all stakeholders on project status, issues, and next steps

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and updates to maintain momentum and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with local and regional teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Marketing, D&T and Operations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support the integration of new processes, tools, or systems into daily operations.
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors where relevant to meet project objectives.

Tracking, Reporting & Documentation
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, action logs, and status reports.
  • Track KPIs and report on progress to the Commercial Excellence & Transformation Director and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper handover of project materials and knowledge for continuity after the contract ends.


The Candidate
  • Experience inmanaging complex transformation programs in a commercial setting
  • Strong project leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills
  • Proven experience in digital/IT enablement (e.g. CRM, data platforms, automation)
  • Excellent stakeholder management across multiple levels
  • Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen
  • Proficiency in digital tools (analytics platforms, automation solutions)
  • Formal project management or change management training (e.g. PMP, Prosci)


Additional Information:

  • This role is based in Shrewsbury on a hybrid basis
