The Opportunity
Provide Administrative Support to the Regulatory Organization in North America. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs North America and will be supporting both the North America Regulatory and the Global CMC Regulatory Teams. Additionally, this role will help manage the Chief Scientific Officer's (SCO) schedule as well as other administrative tasks as required by the SCO. This position will have an active role in supporting the planning and execution of site-based initiatives and events in collaboration with other administrative support roles.
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
• Scheduling & Meetings
• Document & Data Management
• Financial Support
• Meeting organization
• Travel and Logistics
• RA annual reports
• Operational Support
• Provides back-up coverage for other administrative personnel

• Prior Publishing experience
• Prior Regulatory Experience and experience with Veeva Vault platform (desired not essential)
• High school diploma
• Post-secondary education (diploma/certificate) in office administration or relevant experience
