The Opportunity

Designing, developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to deliver the organization's products and business objectives and sales targets by leading and managing the high performing Sales team.

Main Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for shaping and executing our sales strategy in Belgium. You are part of the management team and report to the Country manager Benelux. Your responsibilities include:
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and budgets, and translate them into clear goals for the sales team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team, while contributing to their professional development.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and responding to their needs to drive revenue growth.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Use data analysis to monitor and adjust sales activities for optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other internal departments to ensure successful product launches and smooth implementation across the organization.
  • Cost Management: Monitor budgets and expenses to achieve company objectives.
  • CRM Management: Optimize the CRM system to effectively manage customer relationships and commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely together with KAM's, in order to align strategy
