The Opportunity The Finance Senior Analyst is a strategic finance partner responsible for transforming financial, commercial, and operational data into insights that drive growth and profitability. This role works closely with Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, and Market Intelligence to support pricing, mix optimization, channel performance, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making.
The ideal candidate blends strong financial modeling capabilities with commercial acumen and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
Role Responsibility So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
Financial & Commercial Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, pricing, and investment decisions, including commercial mix and gross‑to‑net scenarios
- Develop commercial mix models to evaluate the impact of price, volume, mix, and channel shifts on revenue and margin
- Conduct channel‑level performance analysis, including trade‑offs across distribution channels, customer segments, and product portfolios
- Model gross‑to‑net waterfalls, including discounts, rebates, incentives, and trade components, to assess true net revenue and margin impact
Revenue Growth Management & Cross‑Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with the Revenue Growth Manager to evaluate financial impact of pricing actions, promotional strategies, and mix shifts
- Provide financial input into commercial and revenue growth reviews, ensuring alignment between strategy and financial outcomes
- Act as a finance thought partner to Commercial and Marketing teams, balancing growth ambitions with financial discipline
Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
- Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning with a strong focus on price, mix, and channel dynamics
- Analyze performance versus plan, identify key drivers, and communicate actionable insights to business leaders
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support leadership decision‑making under uncertainty
Dashboards, Reporting & Data Visualization
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track revenue, mix, pricing, margin, and channel performance
- Collaborate with Digital Technology team to translate complex data into clear visualizations and executive‑ready insights
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs that align financial performance with strategic objectives
Process Improvement & Data Excellence
- Enhance financial and commercial analytics processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency
- Ensure strong data governance and alignment across finance, commercial, and market intelligence inputs
- Continuously improve modeling approaches, tools, and assumptions as market dynamics evolve

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3-6+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, commercial finance, or business analytics
- Strong financial modeling skills, including experience with price, mix, and margin analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑finance and executive audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
