The Opportunity

As a Net Revenue Management (NRM) Manager, you'll play a key role in in evolving market and financial data into actionable strategies that maximize profitability and drive business growth. By analyzing and executing strategies in areas like pricing, promotions, and product assortment, you'll help drive sustainable growth and profitability. You will be integral in developing comprehensive analyses, tools, and dashboards to monitor pricing performance, financial metrics, and profitability, supporting the Strategic Partnerships and Retail team. Collaborating closely with teams in sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain, you'll ensure the Strategic Partnerships and Retail team stays competitive while maximizing ROI. You will directly contribute to enhance pricing strategies, improve operational efficiency, and drive Dechra's performance.

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

Revenue Optimization:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize net revenue across multiple channels, product categories, and customer segments for the Strategic Partnerships and Retail team.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to ensure optimal pricing, promotional effectiveness, and net revenue growth.

Pricing Strategy:
  • Work closely with the pricing team to set competitive and profitable pricing structures based on market trends, cost, competition, and consumer demand.
  • Lead the pricing and discounting strategy for products to drive margin growth without compromising on volume.

Promotion Effectiveness:
  • Evaluate promotional activities and their impact on revenue and profitability, optimizing the execution of promotional plans.
  • Analyze promotional performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align net revenue management initiatives with business goals and market conditions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing sales, pricing, and market data to uncover opportunities for net revenue growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed reporting on net revenue performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor market dynamics (trends, competitor pricing, product offerings, consumer insights and pricing compliance).
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key financial insights to stakeholders.

Forecasting & Budgeting:
  • Assist in developing accurate revenue forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and sales projections.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue Management, pricing, sales analysis, or related fields, preferably within industry, consumer goods, retail etc
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, promotions, and financial modeling
  • Proficient with Excel to conduct complex data analyses, translating them into actional insights
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems(Salesforce)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports
  • Proven ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively to senior management
  • Ability to influence and inspire decision-making processes
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think long-term wile executing shore-term initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Must excel in a collaborative environment, working with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and drive results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
