Purpose
To ensure the strategic and operational management of the product portfolio, identifying new opportunities, technologies, and strategic alliances that drive sustainable business growth.
This role is responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans, creating promotional materials together with the LATAM Digital Team and campaigns, and managing budgets and forecasts in line with the company's financial and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of the assigned product portfolio, ensuring its competitive positioning in the market.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, expansion, and development of new products or strategic partnerships.
- Design and implement annual and five-year marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy.
- Develop promotional campaigns, marketing tools, and sales initiatives qith the NSM to drive business growth.
- Monitor portfolio performance through key indicators (sales, market share, profitability).
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide training and technical-commercial support to the sales team.
Profile
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing pharmaceutical or veterinary products for companion animals.
- Proven experience in portfolio management and product lifecycle strategy.
- Strong knowledge of the companion animal market and veterinary industry trends.
- Analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced English and Portuguese desirable.
