The Opportunity

As a Purchasing & Supply Chain Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our purchasing and supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand. You'll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely processes that keep our business running like clockwork.

The Challenge

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the below duties including but not limited to:
  • Accurately enter received stock into our ERP system
  • Assist the Purchasing Officer with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and supplier communications
  • Create and manage product codes and stock locations
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag when new purchases are needed
  • Investigate and resolve stock, invoice, or product code discrepancies
  • Generate reports on stock levels and purchasing activities
  • Stay informed on market trends to support cost-effective purchasing decisions

About You

We're particularly keen to here from those who have/are:
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within GMP or FMCG sectors
  • Full, ongoing working rights in Australia
